Are you living the dream yet???.. If not... here's your shot

Does this sound like something you can vibe with...?

The sun has not shown itself yet, it's early in the morning but there is a brilliant pink, blue and golden glow to the clear sky..  You begin to stir as your mind enters and exits its sleep wake patterns. There is a sweet song of The Fairy Wrens darting about nearby your window and the magical call of the Whip Bird can be heard as well from the nearby rainforest.. In the distance the kookaburras’ laugh releases the lands’ stresses away.. Upon opening your eyes one at a time you peer out the window and to your amazement you are high in the mountains, surrounded in valley mist dancing up into the clouds. Realising this is not a dream one begins resonating to the tune of the land - your own private tropical Garden of Eden.

Located in the magnificent Gold Coast suburb fittingly named Natural Bridge and nestled in the heart of the spectacular Numinbah Valley - ‘Pine Bluff’ Ranch and Estate is set on an elevated, gently sloping hillside over two hundred metres above sea level, sheltered by ancient granite cliffs raised over 500 metres above sea level to the east and west. Lamington National Park shares a border to the West and to the East there are views across to the Springbrook National Park.. Views only ever to be seen from your door exclusively..

This property truly is like no other and few come even close.

Access to the property is via sealed road from Nerang from the North or Murwillumbah up from the south. The properties private driveway runs approximately 1 km from the main road through an aged parallel of Pines that cannot be replicated without years of growth; right to your door. The Lamington National Park shares your back fence line, deep in the untouched, unlogged virgin rainforests to the west and thick nutrient dense pastures allow you to run and fatten at least 50-100 head of cattle easily or the like.

If your preferred mode of transport is helicopter – do not despair! There is a helipad and two large barns, one of which was specifically designed to accommodate a chopper - complete with a luxurious 2-bedroom caretaker residence.

The property comprises of:

· 5-bedroom architecturally designed Canadian Alpine Style log cabin residence; plus

· 3-bedroom cottage house, doubling up as a saloon bar; plus

· 2-bedroom (in matching pine fit out) luxurious caretaker residence with hangar attached.

Both main homes have been constructed in ‘alpine log cabin' style, with pine vaulted ceilings and walls. Red cedar French doors open to wide verandas; and all bedrooms are more than generous in size. The two masters are ensuited with French doors opening onto north facing yoga decks.

The three-bedroom cottage house/entertainer has a large kitchen/bar offering open plan living. Breath-taking views are afforded from all windows.

The homes are comfortably furnished, complete with fireplaces, modern bathrooms, satellite TV and 360-degree views to the surrounding mountains. The main home includes separate lounge and dining areas with gang plank internal pine walkways over top room to room, serious country kitchen with granite and wood benchtops designed to feed an army if required.

In addition to lush, fertile pasture for cattle, horses or alpacas, the property includes a plantation of approximately 500+ Canary Island palms which, on maturity, will provide an excellent source of income, as they are always in demand. (Canary Island palms sell for many thousands of dollars to high end developments) and are a wise long term investment especially here on the Gold Coast.

With a 600-metre Nerang river frontage and a spring fed dam, the property has an endless supply of water; and a rockpool for swimming and camping out at. There is a high flow first water bore that comes straight out of Lamington National Park and a whopping 185,000 litres of water tank storage – start your own Gin distilling business!

As well as offering a superbly private and scenic location for a holiday – this property has huge potential for a number of businesses.

Just use your imagination……
